Upreti Talc and Companies have been in the talc business since 1999. Over the years Upreti Talc Pvt. Ltd. has expanded from mining of soapstone to milling of Talc. The company owns several precious soapstone mines in the foothills of Himalayas.

The soapstone mined at these mines is the processed at processing units based in Haldwani, Uttrakhand, India. Owning and managing the whole process gives Upreti Talc the strength of providing products of consistent quality to its valuable customers.

Origin

From humble beginnings in 1999, Upreti Talc has now gained experience and expertise in the world of Talc. Initially, the company served only the paper industry, but over the years it has entered other industries such as paint, cosmetics, plastics and pharmaceuticals.

Most of the mines owned by Upreti Talc are in Uttarakhand's Kumao region which is said to provide soapstone lumps (talc lumps) of world class quality. This gives it the strength to manufacture high quality talc.
